SYNKIND respects the privacy of users of its websites, software, and mobile applications.

This Privacy Policy explains how SYNKIND applications may access, use, process, store, or share information. Each SYNKIND application may have different features and data practices. App-specific information is provided below where applicable.

SYNKIND only intends to process information that is reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, support, and improve its products and services.

Songlix Privacy Policy

SynKind provides the Songlix mobile application.

This Privacy Policy explains how Songlix accesses, uses, processes, stores, and shares information when you use the Songlix Android application.

By using Songlix, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information Songlix Uses

Microphone and Audio Recordings

Songlix requests access to your device's microphone so that you can record vocals and other audio inside the app.

Microphone access is used only when you choose to use recording features.

Audio recordings, project audio, imported instrumentals, mixes, and related project files are processed primarily on your device.

SynKind does not operate a cloud service that automatically uploads your Songlix audio recordings or music projects to SynKind servers.

When you choose to export, save, or share a file, Android may allow you to select a storage location or another application. Any transfer that occurs through such an export or sharing action is initiated by you.

Files and Storage

Songlix may create and access files required for features such as:

• audio recording;

• music projects;

• imported audio;

• mixing;

• saving projects;

• rendering audio; and

• exporting audio files.

These files are used to provide the functionality you request.

Songlix does not intentionally scan unrelated personal files on your device.

2. Advertising

Songlix uses Google Mobile Ads / Google AdMob to display advertising, including:

• banner ads;

• native ads; and

• interstitial ads.

Google and its advertising partners may process certain information in connection with advertising, ad measurement, fraud prevention, security, analytics, and related advertising services.

Depending on your device, location, consent choices, Google configuration, and applicable law, this information may include:

• your device's IP address, which may be used to estimate a general or approximate location;

• advertising identifiers and other device or app identifiers;

• app interactions, such as app launches, taps, ad interactions, or similar activity;

• diagnostic and performance information; and

• information necessary to deliver, measure, secure, and prevent abuse of advertising services.

Google may use information from apps that use Google services in accordance with Google's own privacy policies and advertising policies.

3. Personalized and Non-Personalized Advertising

Where required by law, Songlix uses Google's User Messaging Platform or another Google-supported consent mechanism to request and manage advertising consent.

Depending on your location and choices, you may be able to:

• consent to personalized advertising;

• refuse consent;

• manage advertising preferences; or

• receive non-personalized or otherwise limited advertising.

Your advertising choices may affect how Google and participating advertising partners process information for advertising purposes.

Songlix does not require you to consent to personalized advertising in order to use the app's core recording and music-creation features.

4. European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland

For users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Songlix may display a Google-certified consent message before advertising services process information where consent is required.

Users may be able to manage or withdraw their consent through the privacy options made available in the app or through the applicable Google consent interface.

The exact advertising options available may vary depending on applicable law, device settings, Google requirements, and advertising-provider availability.

5. Information Processed by Third Parties

Songlix uses third-party services that may process information independently under their own terms and privacy policies.

These services currently include:

Google Mobile Ads / AdMob

Used to provide advertisements, advertising measurement, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and related advertising services.

SynKind does not control the independent data-processing practices of Google or other advertising partners.

6. Audio Privacy

Songlix does not use microphone recordings to create advertising profiles.

SynKind does not sell users' vocal recordings, songs, mixes, or exported audio files.

Songlix does not automatically send your recorded vocals or project audio to SynKind servers.

Your audio may leave your device only when:

• you explicitly choose to share or export it;

• you select a third-party app or cloud-storage provider as an export destination; or

• Android or another service you choose processes the file as part of an action you initiate.

Those third-party applications and services have their own privacy policies.

7. Data Retention

Audio projects and recordings stored locally by Songlix remain on your device until you delete them, uninstall the app, clear app data, or otherwise remove them through available device or app functionality.

SynKind does not maintain a central Songlix account database containing users' local audio projects.

Information processed by Google or other third-party services may be retained according to those providers' own privacy policies and legal obligations.

8. Data Security

Songlix is designed to limit access to information to what is reasonably necessary to provide its functions.

However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Information processed by third-party services is protected according to those providers' own security practices.

Google states that data collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit.

9. Sale of Personal Information

SynKind does not sell users' personal information for money.

Advertising providers may process or share certain device, advertising, interaction, or related information as part of providing advertising services, subject to applicable privacy laws, your consent choices, and their own privacy practices.

Where applicable law provides rights relating to targeted advertising, sharing, or similar processing, those choices may be available through the consent and privacy controls provided in Songlix or by the relevant advertising provider.

10. Children's Privacy

Songlix is not specifically designed or directed toward young children.

SynKind does not knowingly use Songlix to collect personal information directly from children in violation of applicable law.

If Songlix's intended audience changes in the future, SynKind will review and update its privacy practices, advertising configuration, and this Privacy Policy as required.

11. Your Privacy Choices

Depending on your location, applicable law, device, and services used, you may have rights or choices regarding personal information.

These may include rights to:

• access certain personal information;

• request correction or deletion where applicable;

• withdraw consent;

• object to or restrict certain processing; and

• manage personalized advertising preferences.

Because Songlix does not currently maintain user accounts or a SynKind-hosted cloud database of Songlix audio projects, many Songlix files can be managed directly on your device.

For information processed by Google, you may also use Google's privacy and advertising controls.

12. Device Advertising Controls

Your Android device may provide controls relating to advertising identifiers and personalized advertising.

You can review these controls in your device's Google or Privacy settings.

Google also provides advertising controls through its services and account settings.

13. Permissions

Songlix may request Android permissions that are necessary for its features.

Microphone

Used for user-initiated audio recording.

Internet Access

Used for functions that require network access, including Google Mobile Ads and related consent and advertising services.

Network State

May be used to determine network availability for online functionality such as advertising services.

Songlix does not request permissions merely for unrelated data collection.

14. User-Initiated Sharing and Export

When you export or share music, audio, or project-related files, you control the destination.

For example, you may choose to:

• save a file to device storage;

• send it to another application;

• upload it to a third-party cloud-storage service; or

• share it using Android's sharing features.

SynKind is not responsible for how a third-party service processes data after you intentionally send a file to that service.

15. International Processing

Third-party service providers such as Google may process information in countries other than the country in which you live.

Such processing is governed by the provider's privacy practices and applicable legal safeguards.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

SynKind may update this Privacy Policy when:

• Songlix features change;

• advertising or third-party services change;

• legal requirements change; or

• privacy practices are updated.

When material changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.

You should review this Privacy Policy periodically.
